Boadilla del Monte was the last place in the pilgrimage around the diocese of Getafe. Here the Mother of God came to the convent of the Discalced Carmelite Sisters. The vigil was kept all night of the 25th/26th of February. One of the sisters, a Pole, as a gesture of veneration, threw confetti on the Icon, which is in keeping with the local tradition. The chapel was open till midnight for all the faithful.
In the morning, at 9.30 AM, the Holy Rosary in the defence of life and family was said. Next the Holy Mass was celebrated, and later veneration lasted till noon.
At 12.30 PM the Icon came to the parish of Christ the Merciful , where, after the welcoming ceremony, the solemn Holy Mass was celebrated. Veneration lasted till 6.30 PM, when the next Holy Mass was celebrated. It was presided over by the parish pastor father Javier Siegrist.
At 7.30 PM with great emotions and Spanish temperament Our Lady of Czestochowa was bidden good-bye, with great thanks for Her visit in the diocese of Getafe. The following group of pro-lifers came and took over the Icon to transport Her to Toledo.
