The all-night vigil program began with the Jasna Gora Bugle Call (Apel Jasnogorski) at 9:00 p.m. Afterwards, the Glorious Mysteries of the Holy Rosary were recited.
The first day of Our Lady's visit in Croatia ended at midnight with a solemn celebration of the Holy Eucharist, prepared by the Priests of the Sacred Heart to honor the Black Madonna.
At 3:00 a.m., the Luminous Mysteries of the Holy Rosary were recited. The vigil continued through the night into the morning, on Friday, September 21st. The morning Mass was celebrated at 6:30 a.m., to allow the participation also by the faithful from other parts of Zagreb, who could not make it to the earlier festivities. All of Friday, the Icon had not remained unattended, as the veneration was continuous, as well as there was opportunity to receive the Sacrament of Confession.
This time was utilized to complete the repair of the breaks on the trailer on wheels used to carry the Icon shrine. This was accomplished by the same firm (TRCZ), that sponsored the vehicle for transportation through Croatia. It turned out that the chief mechanic was a parishioner at this parish, where Our Lady was being hosted. This is yet another proof to show how Mary is able to take care of everything while on Her journey.
