During this visit of the icon to our Seminary, we celebrated the Eucharist and carried out the consecration of the work of protecting the civilization of life and love in the hands of the Blessed Virgin Mary. The celebration was presided over by the Spiritual Director, Fr. Juan Salvador, and concelebrated by the Vice-Rector, Fr. Rafael Enrique.

Thanks to this visit, Our Lady is creating a special prayer bridge between Poland and Brazil, which are currently on the front lines of the battle to protect life. On April 1 of this year, the Icon of Częstochowa, travelling around the world in defence of the civilization of life and love, arrived at the national Marian sanctuary of Nossa Senhora de Conceição Aparecida – Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception Appeared in the town of Aparecida in Brazil.

The veneration of holy icons unites the Catholic Church (of the West) and the Orthodox Churches (of the East). During Her journey through the world "From Ocean to Ocean", Our Lady of Czestochowa visited both Catholic churches and sanctuaries, as well as Orthodox churches. In Brazil, in Sao Paulo on March 30/31, 2025, she stopped at the Cathedral of Our Lady of Paradise, belonging to the Melkite Church, officially called the Melkite Greek Catholic Church of the Byzantine Rite. In Brazil, this Church has 436,000 faithful in 5 parishes.
